All transactions, inquiries, and communications are subject to our policies.
Purchasing a Poodle
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
Full payment must be made before pickup or delivery.
We ensure the health and well-being of our puppies before they leave our care.
Health Guarantee
Puppies come with a health certificate and vaccination records.
Buyers must take the puppy to a vet within 72 hours of receiving it.
Our health guarantee does not cover conditions due to neglect, improper care, or injury.
Breeding Rights
Some Poodles are sold with limited registration (pet-only).
Full breeding rights are available for select buyers upon approval.
Refund & Return Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the puppy becomes unavailable.
Returns are only accepted under extreme circumstances, with prior agreement.
